Sigal is the Co-Chairperson of Fischer Pharmaceutical Ltd founded by her parents in 1965. Fischer Pharmaceuticals Ltd (known by the famous logo “Dr. Fischer”) is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced health care preparations in the fields of dermatology, ophthalmology and nutraceuticals.

Social action:
*Sigal is the chair of board of Yeladim- Fair Chance for Children
* She is the past president of Lion Of Judah Israel
*She is the leader of social responsibility activities at Dr. Fischer, such as:
* Running a social gallery in the heart of Tel Aviv; every two months the ZOA Gallery gives an opportunity to a different organization to expose their projects and message.
* Running the Dr. Fischer Art for Peace Foundation that was founded on the belief that the combined efforts of art and industry can provide an educational and cultural force to promote peace and coexistence between nations.
* Supporting the Dvora Fischer guardianship body of Yeladim

She and her family (4 kids +4 grandchildren)have opened their home for the past 16 years to a child from a boarding school who was removed from his home by the social service authorities due to his parents’ grave problems.

Leisure activities:
In her spare time, Sigal loves painting, horseback-riding, sports, reading and traveling with friends and family.
