Hello, my name is Shoham Chirurg.
I’m a photographer who likes to take photos of everything that is connected with nature and life in nature and urban photography.
Taking photos for me is a way to share a part of my world and my way.
Through photography a person who is not me can see part of the world as I sometimes see it through my camera.
Each photo has its melody,colour and a different way to show something.
Now I’ll tell you about my photos
I have four photos in this project.
1) From the desert “ A window to sunrise” which was taken in Timna near Eilat.
The desert has special charm and in sunrise the desert wakes up in its colours.
It always effects good on the soul to see and feel it.
2) “A snail with its home”. On one side the small snail in the big world but its house is always on its back.
And if there is a need the snail enters it when there is a danger.
3) “ A yellow house “
I took this photo in Jaffa on Friday morning when I visited there.
The yellow house today has a different meaning of hope,rebirth according to what happened on October 7 2023 in Isreal.
4) “Laundry and the red balcony” which I took in Tel Aviv.
Suddenly I saw the balcony with the laundry and I thought that it was nice to take a photo.
This are kind of things that slowly slowly disappear from the modern world.
All of the photos are dealing with home or its meaning.
Home is not just a structure sometimes home is beloved place like the desert where people feel safe quiet and peaceful or a place where you can hide like the snail and to be safe.
And sometimes home is our memory past experiences and things that are gone like the laundry on the balcony.
