David Wakstein, painter, born 1954, Jaffa, Israel. 1978-86 Founded and directed Art Workshop, Yavneh, 1982 Directed project ”Collaboration”, Tel Aviv Museum, 1984 Set up gallery and workshop in Yavneh. 1988 ”Mother” Project, Youth Wing, Israel Museum, Jerusalem. Member of ”Rega” Group. Founding member of periodical, ”Studio”. Lives in Rishon le Zion.
